How do i obtain my password and restore my email after a computer crash?

I had Staples fix my computer but most programs had to be reinstalled. I don't know how to retrieve my email password. My email address is DrMejias@CSofCT.com but i'm not able to restore it so I can send emails from there without my password. Do I need anything other than my password?

Passwords are administered by your email provider. Contact them to reset your password.

Isn't Mozilla my email provider in this case?

It helps to know the difference between email client software and an email provider. Thunderbird is client software that runs on your computer and helps to manage your email. Providers runs mail servers and provider email service. The part of your email address after the @ sign indicates your provider.
