Firefox is only available for desktop Windows, Mac OSX and Linux. Mobile Firefox for Android and the "Firefox OS" used on some budget phones and some new Panasonic Tv's. More recently Mozilla has a Firefox shell browser for iOS.

Mozilla does not have any version of Firefox for any Windows Mobile devices whether Release or in development.
