In POP mail accounts, the 'Template' folder is automatically created when you create and save a template email.

Click on 'Write' type the contents for a template email. via 'Composition Toolbar' click on the 'Save' button drop down and select 'Template' OR via 'Menu Bar' 'File' > 'Save as' > 'Template'
