I cannot open/start Firefox in anyway. Not in safe mode, not Profile Manager, nothing. Help!!!

Sat down at my computer and could not open Firefox. I have been through all of the suggestions at the support center. I cannot open it in safe mode. I cannot open Profile Manager. I am stuck and really, really bummed out!!

Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe web sites. Is the problem still there?
