Run the new account wizard. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/automatic-account-configuration

If the wizard fails to properly detect the correct server settings, use manual setup. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/manual-account-configuration

Have the correct server settings ready in case you need them.

Note, there is no such thing as 'my thunderbird account'. You have an account with your email provider or 'your company'. Neither Thunderbird nor Mozilla are email providers.
