How can I change color display of header columns in thunderbird?

I just upgraded to Windows 10. Now when Thunderbird starts, the header columns for Subject, From, Date have no color or frame around them. Here is what they look like. I can't figure out how to change this.

No problem with minimize, maximize and close. But I can't see to add a theme for Classic Toolbar Buttons
