I don't understand how to backup my Calender/Tasks or reinstall the backup.

Had to start over on setting up a new Hardrive...and didn't have the Calender and tasks backed up properly?#! So lost the data. Msgs ok. I just don't want to use the Calender or tasks if I can't solve the problem. Windows 10 (not that it should matter which version). Frustrated.

Backup the entire Thunderbird profile folder. It includes both, your mail and calendar data. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Thunderbird_:_FAQs_:_Backing_Up_and_Restoring
