Thanks for responding guys . The whole time I was searching for an answer on my own , that lock was there . Then after I posted my question it disappeared . I don't know why , but it's gone now , so I can't do a screen shot . If it shows up again , I will do just that . Thanks again . Cliff

To expand on FredMcD's response, the lock can also look like this sometimes.

I just stumbled onto the answer . Partly anyway . I still don't know what it does yet , but it has something to do with" HP simple pass " and not Firefox . Thanks again guys .
