How to detach/save inline attachments?

I received an email with a large number of JPEG attachments that I want to move to "My Pictures". The original has disappeared but I have a reply that I sent which includes the pictures displayed INLINE. Is there any way I can extract them from the reply in a similar way to how I could have detached them from the original message?

You should be able to right-click the image and 'Copy Image' and 'Save Image as...'
