Looks like you'll need to use a Microsoft program: http://fileinfo.com/extension/wab

Hopefully whatever you find to open this file can export it to a CSV or maybe LDIF or VCF file, which Thunderbird can then import.

Hopefully whatever you find to open this file can export it to a CSV or maybe LDIF or VCF file, which Thunderbird can then import.
