I am unable to open a PDF document in email.
When I try to download or open a PDF file attachment I receive an error message that states:
"The document cannot be saved because an unknown error occurred. Please try again."
I've tried numerous times, but it hasn't helped. I've tried exiting and reopening mail. I've tried turning my computer off and back on. I don't know what else to do. This is a new problem. I've opened PDF documents many, many times before. I need help. Thanks to anyone that can give me a solution.
