Can you be a little more specific about what you did and what happened? You can't really lose an email address. Are you talking about an account?

I really did nothing. Just went on my computer and tried to send an email. It would not send because there was no email address. Went and checked many of the name in my personnel email address and when I clicked on properties there was a name but no email address. And also the names in the list of names were in a different order, with some names I have never seen before.

YES THAT IS WHAT I AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH.

Are you certain? From what you described, this usually doesn't happen out of the blue.

I figured it out. For some reason my address book was filled with every person I ever reserved an email from and numerous names with no email addresses. I went through every email and deleted the address or ok them. After two hours I am good to go. thank you for all your help

Still confusing how it happened But its a good reminder of doing backups.

I know have a follow up question. How do I set the email address so that the nickname or name shows of the people I am sending the email to VS their name and email address?
