reply to HTML messages are sent blank
Running 38.1.0 in XP Pro, SP3. Account settings are for composition using HTML. When responding to an HTML message I get an error dialog (screen capture attached). Clicking OK results in sending a TOTALLY BLANK message. Clicking Cancel aborts the reply. I can only set account to plain text to avoid this. I want to be able to use HTML setting. Started 4 days ago, no major system crask or other suspicious event in time context.

I assume your using avast as that error message appear after avast updates to it's latest version.
You have to create an exception in Avast for the NSEmail.html file. in the temp folder.
As a customer, you might be able to contact then and give me a link to their official solution. Because I am sick of making it up as I go.

I now see that AUtosave fails as well: "Cannot save file..." Likely the same issue?
