I have no idea when this will get fixed. In any case, it's always good to keep an eye on the release notes when a new version of Thunderbird is released.

It was solved by disabling the import entirely. Bug 1175055 - Remove Eudora and Outlook import options since they are busted in TB 38 and trunk.

Hi boys:

Import email with v31 release works, it generates all folders of my 5 email accounts. But not email account settings imported and no rules, so I wait until bug will be solved.. very important for me not to loose email info and rules

Are you saying that when you go to Tools menu (alt+T) > account settings that no account settings imported? I would find that quite strange. As for your filters or rules. I do not think they make the transition at all.
