what do I do when it says firefox memery is full, and shockwave keeps crashing when playing a game

When I try to load a game I keep getting a message that says my shockwave stopped working and then on other games I get a message that says firefoxes memery is full. How do I correct these problems so I can play my games without problems?

Hi dianed, If its memory issue you can troubleshoot in Firefox with these steps:

If there a limit on storage, you can right click on the Flash Player and select "Global Settings" and check the storage tab. It can be increased if there is space. (However I do not know about stability here.)
