I want to disable private browsing feature in Firefox.

I want to know how to disable this feature in Firefox. If it cannot be disabled then I would also like two know of that. Both in the Android and desktop models this information would be appreciated. Just linking to the pages where the descriptions of this feature isn't helpful, as I need info on turning it off; not what it does and how great it is. I know both advantages, but don't want it available on my browser anymore.

I believe there is no actual need for this then because Firefox will only run in Private mode unless you initiate the private session.

I hope I'm getting your question right.

Hello

Just to clarrify, is your browser on default private browsing mode at this moment?

Cheers, Michael

No, it is not. Firefox is in the standard mode, and i can switch between standard and private normally as one should be able to do. I just want to disable the private function.

Micheal,

Actually I want to remove the ability to even open up a private window session. Maybe this is more clear than what I have said previously. Basically a temptation remover for me.

That's now more clearer.

I'm afraid you cannot do this as of this time. Maybe with enough probes we can have it looked into for the future.

Thank you for staying with us this far.

cheers.
