Labels stop working. Why?

Dear All,

Please help what should I check if labels for my emails stop working.

Notting happen if i try to mark a particular email (subject) as  : right click --> Labels --> important. No colour occurs. Should I re install TB ?

Chosen Solution

To diagnose problems with Thunderbird, try the following:

  • Restart Thunderbird with add-ons disabled (Thunderbird Safe Mode). On the Help menu, click on "Restart with Add-ons Disabled". If Thunderbird works like normal, there is an Add-on or Theme interfering with normal operations. You will need to re-enable add-ons one at a time until you locate the offender.

Thank you Matt. It was really easy. I noticed and switched off the add-on which caused this problem. Issue solved. Thank you for your help.

Which add-on please? Just in case there is someone else with the same issue.

Exchange EWS provider 3.4.0 or Provider for Microsoft Exchange I guess.

I switched off both of them. However 2-3 weeks ago above add-ons and labels worked correctly. I am not sure if my problem happened after any last update.
