Hello. Thanks in anticipation of help.

Recently downloaded and used Thunderbird for the first time.

I want to export email addresses held in emails from an email account in Thunderbird to a CSV or XLS file.

Having selected the appropriate account when I select 'Export' no dialogue box appears to enable me to take the next step. If I select 'Import' a dialogue does appear.

Am I missing a step? Am used to doing this in Outlook.

Thunderbird has an address book. But it is not per account.

So what exactly are you doing?
