You have made Pocket Unusable
So to use the new built-in Pocket functionality, I have to change the way I use Firefox and disable private browsing mode? No thank you. The Pocket add-on was absolutely perfect. You people have destroyed the functionality 100%
So long, Firefox. I'm switching to Chrome, because the Pocket integration doesn't require me to change ANYTHING.

Sorry, For whatever the reason you found it unfit for your firefox. However you can customize it again. if you want to uninstall pockets then you need to do the following : Type about:config in url bar, this will prompt you about a warranty violation . for now you can check Yes,I will be okay . now search for browser.pockets.enabled . you can see that the value is true here, so make it false. That's it and restart your firefox. You will get a customized in your own way Firefox.
The pocket Addon that was in use until a few days ago did have the big advantage to some at least of using some local saves.
That is a big advantge if you have a slow or expensive internet connection. For anyone still retaining the original signed Pocket addon for Firefox that will still work on 50% of the worlds Firefox.
However the author has removed the original addon from the addons site so if you do not have a copy of it then as you say using Google Chrome is a good alternative.
If you do have a copy then at least for now it will continue to work on for instance the en_GB British build. See
