Greetings -

we are subscribed to Sugarcrm cloud based application. I am looking for an add-on that would indicate to me if an event within my CRM application has happened, for example: a new account, or a new case has been created.

I would like to get notified in my firefox browser toolbar. Could not find anything that would remotely deliver on this request. is this accurate? Or such an add-on cannot be developed?

Hello - I went ahead and moved this to the Firefox queue.

While I have not used SugarCRM before, I wonder if an extension such as Check4Change will work for your needs. Of course, Check4Change is web based so you'll need to sign in with your online account. From a brief look on the website, it does look you can view open cases through the online account.
