I want to add common visited sites to the toolbar so I can open them with one click as I can do in Safari
For example, I want to access to Google Translate, My personal e-mail, Blackboard, Bank of America, YouTube, etc... and I just click on the toolbar and I open the page I want. I want to do it in Firefox but I have not found the way to do it. Please, look my attachment to see how it looks like in my Safari browser.
Chosen solution
Firefox has a folder in the bookmarks called Bookmrks Toolbar put the bookmarks there and they will appear on the Bookmarks Toolbar. Or if you add a folder or nested folder you get dropdown selections.
There are several methods of adding or moving bookmarks. They will drag and drop in the bookmarks manager.Or you may click on the bookmarks Star icon and choose or change the location.
For full a explanation with screenshots see
- Use bookmark folders to organize your bookmarks
- Bookmarks Toolbar - Display your favorite websites at the top of the Firefox window
- Bookmarks in Firefox
Please post back to say how you get on.
