Transfer folders and rules from apple mail to thunderbird

Hi,

I hate Apple Mail. I want to transfer my the sorting rules in mail and my folder structure in mail to Thunderbird. I'm using OS X mavericks. How do you do that, I've found how to transfer address books and stuff, but I have 4 email addresses and pages of sorting rules that i would rather not change. It's mostly the reason I have never sat down and tried to change clients.
