Cannot find files after compacting inbox

Hi, I see you answered a prior question regarding compacting your inbox... My read emails are all categorized in subfolders, essentially moving them OUT of the inbox and into a subfolder I created. I cannot find any of those important files that I specifically organized away for a future reference point. Would you please help me find my files, as they are important and must be found!

Yes it is, Mozilla Email service
