Ghostery is an add-on to firefox, so you will need to reinstall it. Go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ghostery/?src=ss, then click "add to firefox" and confirm that you want to install it.

I originally had this problem and it was fixed.

Now: Ghostery logo displays. I click on it and nothing happens. I attempt to bring up the Options and it gives me a blank screen. The purple box is not coming up and my computer is running slow, which means Ghostery is not operational. I have Removed and Installed several times.

Help!

We have seen quite a few posts about Ghostery that describe a problem with the Options/Preferences window, so it is possible that your issue is similar.
