My emails appear to be tagged as "junk" on the receiving end. How can I fix this?

When I go into my online Outlook account, I see that emails have been sent (they're in my "sent" folder). But a test message sent to my wife went to her Junk Mail. When I forwarded the original message from the "sent" folder, it went directly to her inbox. Is there a missing tag of some sort?

Part of training the junk filter is also to mark good messages 'As Not Junk'. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Junk_Mail_Controls#Training_the_Junk_Mail_Controls
