Hello i installed thunderbird and configured my emails, and now it started download emails from first usasge, it really lose my BW, i dont want them, i just want it start getting email from now, its possible?

if you mail provider has some sort of recent flag to set then yes. Google do.

Otherwise your paying for not maintaining your email by deleting and filing old mail.
