You don't. You sent it, it is gone.
Outlook has a proprietary "Recall" feature which only works though when talking directly to an Exchange server (and possibly even just within the local network that server covers). In general, once the sending e-mail program has handed over the message to the provider's server, there is no way any more how it can get a hold on that message.
