How do I get back the bar underneath the top search bar?
How do I get back the bar underneath the top search bar that had things listed across like, facebook, outlook, Uncle henry's wtc that I dragged from entries in top search bar? I lost it after doing a refresh. I also can not sign in to mozilla accounts with my user name and password. Thanks.

You can turn on (or turn off) Firefox's built-in Bookmarks Toolbar using one of these methods to show the toolbar list:
- right-click a blank spot on the tab bar (or the "+" button)
- tap the Alt key to activate the classic menu bar > View > Toolbars
- in Customize mode > Show/Hide Toolbars
Does that work? And are your bookmarks still there?
Regarding your Mozilla accounts, what kind of accounts are they -- websites? Sync? etc.

I click alt key and tool bar at top comes back, but if I click on anything, it goes away. Still cant get tool bar under address bar.
After tapping the Alt key, you should be able to click the View menu, then Toolbars, and turn on Menu Bar. If the menu cannot be clicked, hmm, that's strange. Can you use the keyboard method (tap each key in turn):
Menu Bar: Alt v t m
I'm guessing the toolbar under the address bar is the Bookmarks Toolbar. You could try:
Bookmarks Toolbar: Alt v t b
Does that work? Was it a different bar?
I right clicked on the "tab" and managed to get it back. Thanks for your help. Things get frustrating some times. Best to leave the sleeping dog lie. I did though manage to install SSD in my PC; not bad for 80.
