How to restore multiple previous sessions(previous day) in MOZILLA FIREFOX

I have installed Internet Download Manager 6.0 in my machine. Then i connected to internet, opened mozilla firefox(v 36) then I saw "Restore session tab", but before I clicked on "Ok" in this tab was loaded new site page(Internet Download Manager). How I can restore my previous session tabs?
