Thunderbird only opens in a thumbnail screen just above the task bar

i deleted thunderbird and re3booted my machine then I reinstalled Thundeerbird but still only a thumbnail above the task bar. I can however open the address book and it does open in a normal window. Please help IU need my Thunderbird

try holding ctrl and pressing tab... when Thunderbird is highlighted let go and look for it. It is probably almost invisible where it has been pushed almost right off the screen on into the task bar
