I can not get to my mail at all the page is stuck on a white page with light pink stripes if I close it and reopen it goes right back to the same page if I restart it goes back to the same page I have tried 2 time to uninstall and reinstall thunderbird and still the page remains.

Does this occur in Thunderbird Safe mode? In Thunderbird Help > Restart with addons disabled

Have you clicked any of the Quickfilter buttons? A striped background suggests to me that it's indicating to you that a filter is in operation.

when the page is up and I hit the filter nothing no matter what I do nothing I have uninstalled and re installed several times still no change

I tried the filter and nothing when my e-mail first starts for a second I can see my E- Mail then white page with pink stripes covers it
