HI Altek, I understand that there is an issue accessing a bookmark password after upgrading.

Is this password set as a master password? if so you may need to disconnect sync, make a back up of the profile Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles, and reset the master password: Reset your Primary Password if you've forgotten it

NOTE: Sync will not sync properly if you have a master password set up.

If this is not a password that is managed by Firefox, and this is a password is managed by another add on it is possible to disable the add on temporarily and Restore bookmarks from backup or move them to another computer

If this is still not helpful, can you please share a little more how you set a password on the bookmarks?

thanks for answer i install new windows (8.1) and install firefox 35 but no sync any bookmark and password and my folders my goal sync my older bookmarks and show their

Got it, so you installed a new version of windows and Firefox, but they are not syncing. What version of sync where you on before?

Firefox sync is not meant to be a reliable backup, but if you do have a copy of the back up of your profile before you updated you may be able to restore them this way: Restore bookmarks, passwords, and data from an old Firefox profile
