When I stop the browser, and I will start them again, I have to cansel always the program

When I startup Mozilla Firefox after I have startup the computer, the browser start up and I can work with them. When I try to start up the browser for a second time, the computer tell me that maby an old program is already working, and I have firts to close these program. The only thing I have to do is to open "Taakbeheer" ( sorry ths is the "Dutch" version ) , and I have to end in "taakbeheer" always the process. After I have be done it, than the browser will start again. Please can you tell me how I can solve these problem ?
