Mozilla inbox screen top line, doesn't have tools or accounts words

Hi, Want to show messages sent from a computer on side by side desk, show up in sent box, not happening now. Suspect need to change for POP to xxxx. There is no wording "tools" or "accounts" across the top line, just below tab inbox, to make that change, or whatever change, to arrange to have sent messages show in sent box, when messages are sent from another computer, on desk beside this one.
