I show this PUP.Optional.Vosteran malware attached to 49 Mozilla profile files I have windows 8.1 pro 64-bit use Malwarebytes premium v2.0.4.1028 and McAfee v16.8

Hi Terry,

This is a Potentially Unwanted Program. It is the sort of thing you probably do not want but will have been downloaded and installed by you or some other user.

I do not use the premium MalwareBytes but their site does have full instructions for removing this problem:
