lots of providers these days consider mail from and to yourself as spam and either file it as such or simply delete it.

lots of providers these days consider mail from and to yourself as spam and either file it as such or simply delete it.
I emailed myself using "Web Mail" and it arrived in both the webmail and Mozilla inboxes. So I don't think the provider is deleting it!
