Sounds like it's probably a printer problem. If you hold down the Control key and press P do you get a window to select a printer? Is the printer you want in the choices?

If you click on File in the menu bar and select Print Preview does that work?

If the printer itself is the problem, go to Control Panel and look at your printer. Try to print a test page.
