Indented e-mails in Inbox
My Inbox shows the e-mails with a little solid black triangle pointing to the right. Upon clicking on it the triangle, now clear, points down and shows a number of e-mails that were buried in there. Hate that feature. Makes very difficult to find new e-mails. Hoe do I get rid of it. THANK YOU.

First check the view you are using. try: View > Folders > All
If you already have this settings, are you using a Pop or IMAP mail account?
If Pop, then you created those folders as sub folders to the Inbox.
If IMAP: Usually, each folder is not a sub folder unless you added it and subscribed to see it. You have not said what server settings you are using nor your ISP.
However, I have heard that a few servers have a less common method of placing all other folders as sub folders to the Inbox. there is nothing you can do about this because that's how their server works. The alternative would be to create a Pop mail account instead of IMAP assuming that option is available to you.
If you discover that you cannot do anything about this because that's how your ISP server does IMAP, then there is a way to change the view to locate all folders that have new mail. 'View' > 'Folders' > 'Unread'.
The attached photo shows that problem that I have. I don't want to have the e-mails indented, but just one after the other. Thanks, Juan

thanks for the image, it clarifies your problem. Airmails response should fix your issue. You can also use the 'Display message threads' icon. It is usually the first column header. Click on column header icon to switch sort on and off.
Fantastic! Thank you very much for your help. Have a great 2015!!
