Business email address has to be in white filter. I don't get any messages on Thunderbird. Learned this because I couldn't remember my password to site & now can't get onto my account. Have no idea what to do. Need step by step instructions. Thank you!

Chosen Solution

Go to Hamburger Button -> Options -> Account Settings -> <account> -> Junk Settings and check all the address books you want addresses from to whitelist.

I don't get any messages on Thunderbird.

Go to Hamburger Button -> Options -> Account Settings -> <account> -> Junk Settings and check all the address books you want addresses from to whitelist.
