Is there a reason the ebates.com browers "button" is not listed as an Firefox Add-on? I trust your review process for add-on and am nervous about installing it

The Addons support forum is the place to ask that question. https://forums.addons.mozilla.org/ But I doubt you'll get an answer about whether that add-on was even submitted, much less if it failed the review process.
