I replaced my Firefox app with full version, chose English, but everything shows up in Japanese. Can't navigate! How to fix?

Hello, I recently tried to update firefox to v. 31.0, but permissions issues prevented it. I found answer here and installed full version as it advised. No problem. I chose "English" as the language, but in the browser and all subsequent windows/buttons, it is in Japanese. Any idea how to fix this? Thank you,
