How do I remove the padlocks from my 2 gmail accounts carver100@gmail.com

I checked the account settings, played around with my user name put in my password when asked. at first I got a popup that ended with message could not be parced. When this all started I had started getting phishing emails, first one was from a Funeral home asked me to click for detaits, I Googled the Name of the funeral home it was located over 6 states away the email concerned a family I never herd of. I was cureus as to where the link was to so I put my curser over the link(not clicking on the link), it was to a website and a download. When I look at the funeral homes website it has a warning in red that if anybody got a email Not to click on the link the email contained a link that downloaded a virus. I immediately did a Virus scan and a anti-malware scan all negative. that was about 5 days ago.I now have have padlocks on both of my gmail accounts on thunderbird. How do I access my 2 gmail accounts from Thunderbird again?

The padlocks indicate that that account uses a secure connection and have nothing to do with your issue. Now that you have a problem you have noticed them.
