Firefox crashes multiple times a day. It doesn't happen just on a specific page it happens on every page. I've seen the reports but i have no idea what it all means. Please help :)

Can you give me your crash reports?
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and paste them into your response here.
You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

Try to set the Flash plug to click-to-play by setting the permissions for Flash to "Ask To Activate" in "Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Plugins". That way you can activate the Flash plugin when you need it via the Lego block icon on the location bar.
That didn't work, it crashed right after i started it back up.

That is a problem with the dtwxsvc.dll file that is part of Desktop Temperature monitoring software.
It is installed as a Winsock Layered Service Provider (LSP) and shows in the crash reports under the Winsock LSP section. bp-081e4793-2dac-484c-ab6e-8a3b92140729

You will have to uninstall this software. Do not delete this file or you likely break your interner connection.

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
