Read about other similar problems in forum, tried possible solution of one - disabled antivirus, renamed popstate.dat to popstateold.dat, closed TB, reopened at it downloaded emails up to the most current one with the problem, and still trying to download it over and over. Cannot let it download to end, as refresh always shows same amount still on server to download, even after downloading the same email several times. This happened a few times in the past few months, with several duplicates, but not this continous loop. This is the second time in a week where this has happened. My first attempt to correct - i copied all the .msf files to new location, and uninstalled TB. Then reinstalled it and copied the .msf files back. It seemed to be ok for a couple days but now have same issue. All windows updates up to date, was updated to most recent TB version prior to this happening.

Since I never use webmail, it hadn't occurred to me to access the email that way. Had already set up Outlook and accessed the email, so when I did go back in thru webmail, everything was moved to trash. I did restart TB and sent a test email which I did receive. So, at least for the time being, I would say its back to working status. Because this seems to be recurring more frequently, is there something I should be doing/not doing that may contribute to the problem.
