I lost my RefGrab-IT tool when migrated. Following instructions don't show how to get it back on my Mac?
Previously I had downloaded the RefGrab-IT tool from my Refworks account, to 'grab' bibliographic information from research sites and saving to Refworks. The icon was always present on the main screen. Now it is gone with Mozilla upgrade and when I follow Refworks instructions for download, it is not listed as a tool option, even when I search. I've tried Add-ons as well, with the same outcome. I am on a MacBook Air.
How can I get this functionality back?

Check the Customize panel to see whether the icon is in there waiting to be dragged to the toolbar:
"3-bar" menu button > Customize
Note that in some cases, you may have more icons than can fit on the toolbar, so an overflow button will appear (large version of »). In the customize mode, you can move the more important buttons onto the displayed part of the bar so they don't overflow onto the drop-down list.
Any luck?
If you have extensions that place toolbar buttons on the Add-on Bar then you need an extension like CTR to restore this toolbar.

Yes this worked! The icon was sitting at the bottom of the page when I was in customize mode (I believe in the 'flexible space'. I simply added it to the toolbar.
Thank you!
