on our SBC account the top pane lists incoming emails but the bottom pane shows nothing when you click on an email. Our other account (ercaregiving.com) works.

I recently imported an address book from another computer (also T-bird). But do not think this caused the problem. I can see the lower pane from the SENT folder and the TRASH folder. I also have installed Spam-fighter sometime back--it works great. This problem started yesterday.

right click the folder, select properties and then the repair button.
