Everything on my screen is oversized--how can I permantly make it smaller?

I have tried every suggestion to adjust the size of what is on my screen, and while it works once, it doesn't last; hence, everything on my screen--pictures, print, everything, is intensely magnified. What can I do to bring things down to 125 and then keep it there?

Hi Katiree,

Is this an issue on your Firefox browser for desktop, or a Firefox OS device - the mobile operating system from Mozilla, for cell-phones?

If this is happening in your Firefox browser for desktop, try pressing "Ctrl + 0" to reset the zoom back to default.

You may find more information in the following help article -

Thanks,

- Ralph
