In thunderbird is no ads on manager and in tools is not a working key manager after install

You can install it in TB by following the Instructions in the link given above.

Ctrl-Enter is the built-in key for sending a message.

Thank you for this answer. I tried to install keyconfig, in Thunderbird, but now it is not in the list of add-ons in Thunderbird. It is in Firefox and I did install it there. I try to find or make a working shortcut key to send email without using the mouse.
