If you mean starting Firefox only with a password, I don't think that is a possible option. However, there is a Master Password option in the password manager. Once set, the password manager will only fill in user / password data AFTER the master password has been entered. Otherwise the browser works normally.

Firefox Options > Security. On the bottom look for Use Master Password.

W A R N I N G ! ! ! If you forget the master password, there is no way to recover it.
