The Pocket button on Firefox lets you save articles to your reading list in one click. Pocket strips away clutter on the page, giving you a clean, reader-friendly view. Save articles on your computer, then use the Pocket app to access them on the go. All you need is a free account and the Pocket button.

Sign up for a free account

  1. Click Sign up with Firefox and follow the prompts to create or sign in with your Firefox Account.

    You can also sign up directly with Pocket by clicking Sign up with email. Existing Pocket users: The Pocket button works just like the existing add-on. Click Log in to sign in with your existing account. See Pocket support if you're unable to log in.

Once you've signed in, you're ready to add to your reading list:

Save articles and access your reading list

  1. See an interesting article? Click the Pocket button to save it instantly. (Click Remove Page if you change your mind.)

    • Tip: Add your own tags to make it easy to search for that article on your reading list later on.
  2. When you're ready to read, click the bookmarks button Bookmarks-29, and then View Pocket List.

From your Pocket reading list, you can click on a page to start reading, or tag, delete and even share your favorite articles. See Pocket support for tips.

You can also save articles while on Reader View by tapping the Pocket button in the sidebar.
